QCPD nabs Chinese for 15M worth of shabu

Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director, Police Chief Superintendent RICHARD ALBANO announced the arrest of a Chinese national after police operatives confiscated from him approximately ten (10) kilos of suspected shabu worth fifteen million pesos in a buy bust operation conducted in a parking lot of a fast-food store in Quezon City.

 

PCSUPT Albano identified the suspect  as Zhen Xu, 30 y/o, native of Hung Nam China and presently residing at No. 136 Ongpin Street, Binondo Manila.

 

Xu was nabbed at 2:05 p.m. Friday by anti-illegal drugs operatives during a follow-up operation at the parking lot of Jollibee Philcoa, Barangay Central, Quezon City.

QCPD-Kamuning Police Station Is Pilot-testing for E-Subpoena System

Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director Police Chief Superintendent RICHARD A ALBANO led today the launching of the electronic subpoena system or e-system project via live media coverage of the issuance of an electronic subpoena from the Clerk of Court of a Regional Trial Court of Quezon City to the Kamuning Police Station (PS-10).

PCSUPT Albano said the launching of the e-Subpoena System which was entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Supreme Court and the Philippine National Police (PNP) will hopefully facilitate the efficient and expeditious transmittal of subpoena to police officers to appear as witnesses in court.

Six rob suspects nab in Quezon City

Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director PCSUPT RICHARD ALBANO announced the arrest of six (6) suspects involved in three (3) separate robbery holdup incidents yesterday in Quezon City.

In his report, Masambong Police Station (PS-2) Commander PSUPT PEDRO SANCHEZ said a rookie policeman identified as PO1 ALLAN ROSS BALBIRAN and assigned with the District Public Safety Battalion (DPSB) had arrested MARTIN JEFF DE LUNA, 18 y/o, resident of F420 Camata St., San Roque 2, Barangay Pag-asa shortly after he robbed a seaman who refused to hand over his black berry cellphone worth eighteen thousand to the knife-wielding suspect. The victim was identified as MARIO LINGAN, 53 y/o of Barangay Culiat.
